The Forum team are happy to help in any way we can, but what exactly can we help you with, and who should you contact in certain situations? Here’s a little overview of the roles within our team to help you!
The Community Managers are paid, full time representatives of Goodgame Studios. They ensure a smooth flow of information between players and developers, explaining processes, collecting player feedback and cooperating with players to give advice to Product Management.
In addition, our Community Managers develop content, concepts and events for their respective language communities. They act as mediators in discussions, keeping things on topic and ensuring that forum rules and regulations are followed. Community Managers will also investigate technical problems and forward them on to the appropriate team.

Moderators are members of our community who use their spare time to help players with their problems and ensure a peaceful and friendly environment on the forums.
Our Mods will do their best to solve conflicts and uphold the forum rules (and terms and conditions), so feel free to contact them too if you need a hand.
In addition, they will welcome new forum members and help them get started in our community.There are currently no active moderators in our Forum, but if you’d like to apply for the position, feel free to contact one of your Community Managers!
