The Forum team are happy to help in any way we can, but what exactly can we help you with, and who should you contact in certain situations? Here’s a little overview of the roles within our team to help you!

Community Managers

The Community Managers are paid, full time representatives of Goodgame Studios. They ensure a smooth flow of information between players and developers, explaining processes, collecting player feedback and cooperating with players to give advice to Product Management.

In addition, our Community Managers develop content, concepts and events for their respective language communities. They act as mediators in discussions, keeping things on topic and ensuring that forum rules and regulations are followed. Community Managers will also investigate technical problems and forward them on to the appropriate team.

Moderators

Moderators are members of our community who use their spare time to help players with their problems and ensure a peaceful and friendly environment on the forums.

Our Mods will do their best to solve conflicts and uphold the forum rules (and terms and conditions), so feel free to contact them too if you need a hand.

In addition, they will welcome new forum members and help them get started in our community.

There are currently no active moderators in our Forum, but if you’d like to apply for the position, feel free to contact one of your Community Managers!

    Hallo Leute, hello guys, salut les gents, Привет люди, hola gente

    vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen.Ich spiele erst seit etwa 2 Monaten hier. Seit ca. 2 Wochen versuche ich in meinen Acc zu kommen. Leider bleibt es beim Laden. Bei "Spielelemente laden" lädt und lädt es und man kommt nicht zur Spieloberfläche (Burg) durch. Ich habe schon mehrmals den Support angeschrieben. Leider kommt keine Reaktion. Ich habe gelesen, es gäbe gar keinen mehr. Stimmt das? Ich habe auch versucht, das Passwort zurückzusetzen. Auch das funktioniert leider nicht. Hat jemand einen Rat für mich, was ich tun kann, um wieder spielen zu können? Vielen Dank

    tal vez alguien pueda ayudarme. Solo he estado jugando aquí durante aproximadamente 2 meses. Durante aproximadamente 2 semanas trato de entrar en mi Acc. Desafortunadamente, permanece en la tienda. Cargue y cargue "Cargar elementos de juego" y no podrá acceder a la superficie del juego (castillo). Ya he escrito al soporte varias veces. Desafortunadamente, no hay reacción. Leí que no hay más. Es cierto? También traté de restablecer la contraseña. Lamentablemente eso no funciona. ¿Alguien tiene algún consejo para mí sobre lo que puedo hacer para jugar nuevamente? Gracias

    Support is still available, but it is often slow - sometimes several weeks.

    Try a different browser, a different computer perhaps. Look in your computer to see if some update happened - one time this stopped me from logging in because the update had to be re-installed.
